On 27 May 2023 the Piraeus Bar Association, the Hellenic Society of Criminal Law, the Hellenic Association of Maritime Law and the Hellenic Association of Maritime Lawyers organized a conference entitled: “Current Maritime Criminal Law Issues”. The conference focused on the presentation of an array of topics with practical significance pertaining to maritime criminal law. Professor Ioannis Androulakis was one of the speakers, on the special subject of the “Legalization of shipping companies with respect to participating in the criminal proceedings in support of the charges”.
Στις 27 Μαΐου 2023, ο Δικηγορικός Σύλλογος Πειραιά, η Ελληνική Εταιρεία Ποινικού Δικαίου, η Ελληνική Ένωση Ναυτικού Δικαίου και η Ένωση Ελλήνων Ναυτικών Δικηγόρων διοργάνωσαν συνέδριο με τίτλο: «Σύγχρονα Ζητήματα Ναυτικού Ποινικού Δικαίου». Το συνέδριο επικεντρώθηκε στην παρουσίαση μιας σειράς θεμάτων με πρακτική σημασία που αφορούν το ναυτικό ποινικό δίκαιο. Ο Καθηγητής Ιωάννης Ανδρουλάκης ήταν ένας από τους ομιλητές, με ειδικό θέμα «Νομιμοποίηση ναυτιλιακών εταιρειών όσον αφορά τη συμμετοχή τους στην ποινική διαδικασία για την υποστήριξη των κατηγοριών».
