On 3-5 June 2022 the Hellenic Society of Criminal Law organized at the premises of the National Bank of Greece (Th. Karatzas Building) its 14th National Conference which was dedicated to the memory of the Society’s long-standing President and our Firm’s principal Professor Nicolas K. Androulakis. The Conference, centered on the subject: “The General Part of the new Penal Code and its subsequent amendments: progress or reversion?”, featured the most celebrated Greek academics and criminal lawyers and enjoyed a very high attendance rate. Prof. Ioannis Androulakis participated with a speech held on the last day of the 3-day event, addressing the issue of “Confiscation in the new Penal Code”.
